It seems not many people know about this from what I've seen. All you have to do is go to settings. If you created the account with an email, create a junk FB account. Log out. Log in with the FB. Then go back to settings and unlink your email. Do the same if you created the account with your FB. Link an email. Log out. Log in with the email. Then unlink the FB
I know this has stopped a lot of people from making cash on their accounts so here you go.
