So I registered everything through the method you suggested, but whenever I register through there it doesn't give me a confirmation or message saying it failed, so I went over them again and registered through just "regsvr32 filename.dll" on all of them.

inetcomm.dll
mpr.dll
msoert2.dll

Failed to register for me, but the other ones registered.

Can you get your version of the program working though? Maybe it's just the program that doesn't work anymore.

Nope, I couldn't get it to run and when I googled for a solution I didn't find anything relevant, yeah maybe, after all the program is old :/, but i think it wouldn't be too hard to code in python XD
