Well, I've had alot of people say they have been having problems with their crackers. Also, I noticed alot of people who are having problems have downloaded their cracker within the last month or two. I am not sure how helpful this will be, OR if it should even be in this section, but it has worked for a few people, including myself.
HOW TO REMOVE OLD VERSIONS OF JAVA You can safely remove older versions of Java from your system by following the instructions on Java uninstallation instructions for Windows.

What I had to do, is
delete every trace of the Bday Crack file , download, etc.
Uninstall java
Reinstall java
Turn off computer
Turn on computer
Reinstall Bday Cracker, etc.
& Should work.
