Do you regret cheating?

Yes and no.
I do not regret buying UCs or items. I've spent hours and hours on petpage applications for pets that I never got. I could just work at my real job for 2 hours and then buy the UC that I want instead of spending 40+ hours on a petpage application for a pet that probably will end up rotting on their friends account anyway. I do not regret that in the slightest.

I do, however, regret the way I have cheated in the past. I regret not securing UCs I was trading for long enough. I regret getting my super expensive UCs frozen for this, and in turn getting my /dreampet/ that I worked super hard for frozen as well. Losing that made me quit Neopets for 2 years. So I regret that a lot.

Like everything it's really just a balancing act. In most real life instances I tend to be an all or nothing sort of gal but on neo I like to keep it even. I was legit for many years and decided in this day and age on neo it takes a little black market action to get what you want in a timely manner. I've spent a lot of time and money on neo in a legit way and now also in a not so legitimate way. So long as you take your time and aren't obvious or just have extremely bad luck then it's easy to avoid regret

I've played for 14 years, I've spent a lot of money towards neo, so I don't feel bad lol.

yah when I was young... me and my cousins played neopets together and we used to play games for each other - the ones we were good at to try to get trophies for each other.
I guess that's cheating under neopet rules.
I do remember too at one point I trusted a guild member to log on to my account and play a game for me to get an avatar.

I don't have the patience to fully commit to cheating, if something happened to my main now I would be done with the site for good. I've AOBd and bought NC items from other users on here but that's really it and all I'm willing to do.

I believe most people have cheated and half of them still cheat, and I could care less. The site is really boring if you don't, honestly. So I don't regret cheating at all and I'll continue to do it.
