items get lost?

I'm confused right now. I had some items in one of my accounts gallery. I removed them and put them up for trade. I offered with an other account and accepted that offer. I then put them in my SDB... and they're gone? Is that possible?

Sometimes you have to refresh more than one time for the item appear in your SDB. It happens a lot with my nc items. Or try to search page by page. It works for me!

did that, they're not in the SDB. I also checked the item transfer log on both accounts

It happened to me twice. I even submitted a ticket to report a glitch to TNT but they did nothing :T

it happens often when you are not using the english language, if you change to english it sometimes appear and sometimes just gone forever ;/ yes, that sucks

You're certain you put them in the SDB, right? I've found at least one glitch that can cause items on the Trading Post, whether in lots or in offers, to permanently disappear if something happens to destroy one of the items involved while the transaction is going on. (Mostly happens with scratchcards, but it's possible it could happen to other items.)

That's incredibly odd and unfortunate, though.. see if hard-refreshing (shift+f5) or clearing your cookies+cache and then logging in again does anything for you, since the SDB can be finicky about displaying items at times.

I'm not 100% sure about that, maybe I still had them in my inventory. Deleting cookies and cache did not help.
it's probably as oken suggested, I had the language on one account set to english and on the other account in german
