Firstly, please put the codes in spoilers, otherwise this post is ridiculously long.
Secondly, you need to give credit to who found codes. Unless you found all of these yourself, you need to attribute their sources.
While the existing guides are a bit old, I personally don't see the need for reinventing the wheel. We have heaps of AOB lists already, too. I appreciate your efforts, but am not sure that they're needed in this instance.

Just a pro tip. If you don't make an impossible score. If you just let the window sit while you do other things before sending your score, you'll pass every time unless you again. Do something super crazy with scores.

I've gotten a fuck ton of gold trophies from just letting it sit for a while.
