Oh I know it will benefit the majority so I wasn't really complaining. As for lenny conundrum, they'll need some savvy mathematicians to come up with the problems. I obviously don't know how competent the current staff is, but my guess is the only way it will come back is if they outsource the problems. My vote is find an intern and have them come up with 100+ to keep it running for a while.

In theory that would work, but what older book isn't freely available on the internet? We need original questions that can't be found with a quick google search that leaves out a few words/numbers. Maybe it was because I was much younger, but I remember those LC questions being extremely difficult to solve and search engines didn't help much. We need that challenge again, otherwise they shouldn't even bother with it.

The drawing ones are the easiest though. You don't actually have to put any effort into it if you just want the avatar. A 10 minute shit drawing with a bit of color will be enough to get you that 3rd place trophy (that's what I did before it retired).

There will be a ton of entries this competition so it may be a bit harder, but I would imagine you could still get it first try. I looked through my computer for the picture I drew to show just how easy it is, but I couldn't find it. I'll keep searching though and update this if I find it. They key is to make it look like you put some time into it. The drawing can be crap, but if you color it it will look like you tried at least.
