PLEASE help part of pages dont load

PLease help me

For example the pound does not load, the rest of the page load but I cant see the doors tried firefox, edge and chrome.
Neopian central, bazaar or plaza does not load

I mainly use chrome.

To the right of your URL address bar, there's 3 vertical dots |
Click on the dots for the Dropdown Box.
Cilck on Settings
Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Advanced" to reveal the Advanced Settings
Scroll down to
Privacy and Security > Content Settings

Flash > Add a site to "Allow"

Type in [*.]neopets.com
And you'll see things again!

Click the circled I hit site settings while on neopets and hit allow flash then hit reload the page.
