    Ticket question.

    So my ticket its on work in progress since the 7 of this month for an account i'd frozen for secure 6-7 months now.

    what do you think that TNT take so long to give me an answer for my account?

    a ticket being in progress for a month to even several months is not uncommon. tnt is notorious for absolutely WRETCHED customer service, so fuck em hack more!

    but in actuality all you can do is wait, and wait, and wait. it might be tomorrow it might be another month.

    I have a friend waiting on a frozen account, and it's been two months. TNT is extremely unpredictable for wait time

    TNT took 6 months once for an account of mine. That they froze for suspious activity of previous inactive account.

    But the ticket is work in progress doesn't that mean that the ticket has been asigned to a mod or something?
