Oh yeah, TNT does that at times, needs to change the username of an account but let's the person keep all their stuff
I once saw a newbie account with an UC Grey Wocky because of it

They can also re-create UCs, I vaguely remember someone accidently using a potion on theirs or something and them fixing it for them. They're capable of doing quite a bit, they're just lazy and choose not to most of the time. I'm always glad whenever they do choose to, gives me a little hope, hah.

If an account has been purged and the pet was stolen.

When a reversal happens, the UC ends up in limbo and you can recreate the account and it will have a uc on it.

However TNT will often refreeze the account

It happened with the pet "Tracer"

Reversed to its old purged account. Someone recreated and put uft but they ended getting reversed again
