UPDATE: This person ended up deleting from his social media/galleries the draw that he used of my boyfriend
BUT the stolen art is still in the game as a character. So we are waiting for a response from Patreon staff.
We are trying to see if he can be punished there since he's making money out of it still (also we noticed many of his art is traced from other artists too).

I'll let you guys know if I need more help, will PM once we get a reply from support.

The art he stole is a copyrighted character.

If he actually charges for the game in any way at all he can face copyright infringement problems (And you really think nintendo/gamefreak isn't going to do something about an H game with their property?)

Either way, if he publishes it, we should tell every franchise he stole from
