Does anyone sell pets for neopoints?

Specifically, I'm looking for a UC Usukigirl. I could pay/overpay (if allowed) in pure np using the $2/mil rule.
But I'm not sure if that's thing that's done here

Not many people do as its a lot harder to come by pets than it is to come by neopoints. The demand for certain pets is higher also so its sort of counterproductive to accept neopoints as payment if that makes sense.

I'm not a pet trader but I think you'd have more luck buying a trained pet with np, then trading that pet for some UC.
