Sooo, is this site against 'hacking' now?

Yes we are against making easy for people to break into actives.

I think it's 50% preventing people from easily hijacking actives (good) and 50% sellers keeping all those useful tools for their own seller services (capitalism). But I'm very cynical.

I can say it's 100% preventing people from easily getting access to actives, the other one it's just a side effect.

It's been this way for a while now. Super late here... You can check announcements of do some searching to see this yourself.

No one is stopping you from making your own "bots" or scripts so get that capitalism bullshit out of here.

It's highly illegal and goes further than just breaking Neo's terms and conditions. We don't want to host that type of stuff here nor support it in any way. Besides, we shouldn't be killing the player base...

Again, its not allowed to like request hacking into actives/inactives. Getting into inactives yourself is fine. Getting into actives is frowned upon though.

The only thing that is really frowned upon is getting into active accounts. The primary reason behind this is because the userbase is already small enough, so if we can keep what we have and try not to discourage anybody from continuing to play - we will. With that said, you can still try and go after actives on your own, if you're so inclined, but you can't sell/trade anything from them here. Gone are the days where you could quicksell that active worth 1bil for stupid cheap and let somebody try and secure it themselves.

You are 100% free to try and get into inactive accounts though. You can even sell what you find from those inactive accounts. I haven't checked any of the programs in the download section for quite awhile - so I'm not sure what is or isn't there; what works or doesn't work. I'm sure if you don't see something that you would like to use, one of talented programmers would be willing to work with you to make it.
