Realistically, we have to accept it in order to continue playing haha.
Took a quick look through it, nothing seems to be super concerning at all. Just general cleaning for them to cover their asses.

Everyone in every online business has to do this now thanks to gdpr. You've all probably received a million of them from everything else you do online. They just all come in an email form whereas Neopets has you accept it in game.

Exactly. It's a nightmare here in Europe, emails coming all the time, asking you to confirm, sign, agree etc. Everybody tends to overreact and sends emails just in case. In most cases it's not necessary, the changes in the policy aren't so drastic. But overall it's useful. Better data protection.
