The puzzle is different for everyone. If you refresh there are some letters that stay the same. You have to click on them to figure out your clue, then you get a pop-up that says to go to the location.

So I went to my location and go the popup but then when I said OK it took my to a page with a big chest then it takes my right back to HQ. And I don't have any new BD challengers....

After the puzzle, you have to lockpick the chest. The challenger should appear once you've completed it.
I did but it keeps crashing and going back to the HQ page
