I'm not sure when the reverse happened, but I guess it was very recent. I haven't seen a board but I haven't been on the Pc much. It was pretty obvious that this was going to happen. I kept hoping they would at least stay away from the PC for a while after the trade but nah... two perfectly fine pets gone to waste.
The deal is, who ever decided to trade, did it with a very active and known PCer, so they wouldn't stay away from boards after the trade and the illegit UC would be shown around actively... which of course leads to people suspecting and it all being too public. So it's sad but well, that's what happens when you move UCs that you haven't secured to the PC
Exactly. Maybe it was just someone from here messing with people. It's hard to believe someone would out an account to the PC with like what, 80 avatars, no games played BUT a vwn uc rg kyrii and believe that would just work out.
Shame for the gelert especially... there are few enough of them already.
The weirdest thing is when people who obviously cheated come to the PC and complain about being frozen and then the whole PC comforts them and curses TNT and mourns about how unfair everything is. The same PCers that report every unknown uc pet that is stupid enough to show up in their hood. God that is a weird place.
Right, and the same PCers that then complain about never finding some UCs and how reduced the pool of pets is... \_(ツ)_/
It's just a cursed place, if you want to be happy, avoid going there lol
I personally don't think it's smart to trade with PCers unless you know them here. Otherwise, you can't guarantee that they're going to be smart about their new illegit pet. Or they might not even realize their pet's illegit. >.> But given the specifics of that case, I can't see how anyone would think those pets were safe.
I like the boards too much to stay away from them. And although the PC obviously is a bit tricky (okay and toxic), if you're smart and patient about it you can still get away with cheating.
Cheaters like that create the idea that going on the boards will instantly get you frozen but that's just not true. There are soooo many cheaters on the Pc who have been getting away with it for years.
It does seem incredibly funny that people are so quick to report UCs like that, especially the more "endangered" ones like the plush gelert.
If they love trading for and/or owning UCs so much, wouldn't it be way more productive to leave questionable ones be, thus leaving the possibility that they might rotate onto the market someday? Are they that jealous and spiteful about the shiny, lovely things they can't have?
It's just completely, utterly counterproductive. Chill out, PC.
Not to say that the owner of these didn't sort of bring this upon themselves, but... still.
