Unless it gives out the same bunch of items for each one opened (e.g. it doesn't pick randomly from a pool), I might just sit on it and wait for its value to go up. No rush.

I remember some other Bday nc items being not tradable, I never was big into nc trading but you may want to look into that before you hold it, though I'm not sure how except for trying to send one in a gift box.
