I used to spend much more time on it, nowdays I have to study during the morning and work on the afternoon there isn't much time left.
But yeah, I consider myself an active player
I still play but I think a big part of that is "hooks" making the game sticky for me like my goals for example.
I go on from time to time just to mess around on the boards. I've had probably 100+ accounts frozen and well over a few billion in items/nps. Got sick of building up again so I quit actively playing. Pretty much when the AC and BD Chat went dead, so like 2011?
Not 'active' so to speak. I just chat in the guild I am in and do dailies and Food Club. Even that is via Stealth Core. I have a comfortable amount of neopoints to spend on friends on the site and have a heap of items that I auto bought a while ago I can sell if I need to. The actual playing of the game does not interest me anymore. Although if this new plot actually gets started then I might do that in case of an avatar.
I check on boards and train my BD pet daily, earning the codestones from the battledome as well
I consider that being an active player, but I don't do a lot of things more besides that.
Similar to above I do;
Dailies, train pet, battledome for codestones, and then larger events.
Although sometimes I forget or get too lazy for BD.
