    I would like to keep pestering them, but wouldn't they have logs of past ticket responses where they've already said no? I'm worried they'll autoclose my tickets or ban me or something if I annoy them too much :c

    I want to do the same thing but scared of being banned too. I'm lucky to have not lost all my accounts but the one I want back I've asked 4 times and had same response both from Alice and Tony which is a very firm no.

    Idk how much information people have on the ticket system but

    My tickets keep getting closed as duplicates even when they're not. Is there some way to email / contact Alice directly or just get her to LOOK at the ticket? Given that I was playing legit I feel like if I could get my ticket to her instead of BotCentral or Tony I might get it unfrozen but so far I've been really unlucky. What flags tickets as duplicates? Is it a bot or one of the employees reading it?

    I was told I wouldn't get an account back so I told them to look at the ip address again and said they were different. I got my stuff back. Sometimes telling them how to do their job works lmao

    I can't remember which year I was chain frozen, but after six months of me closing and opening tickets, I was unfrozen. I'm not sure who unfroze me though, I never checked that. I just noticed I had my original accounts back. Maybe they got super annoyed with me because I'd close and open tickets a few times a week, and then threw the ToS back in their faces lol.

    They said that my account that got frozen in 2014 and they have no records of it anymore, anyone got any response like that?
