Yes. First ticket got Tony P - who called me a cheater and refused to give me account back. Second ticket I got Alice and she gave it back straight away

Yeah, but it was back when you could send tickets to the portuguese/spanish staff, even if the account was created in the u.s. Ahh, good times.
