Have you tried using a different browser? Also I thought you could read the reply from your email?
I keep getting this error when entering the help page : Your support portal session has expired due to inactivity and the requested action has not been completed.
To restart your support portal session and discard any unsaved data from the previous screen, click below.
and everytime i click the button to restart the session it just comes back...
error after i click the button : The link you have followed is incomplete. Please make sure that the entire URL is present in the link.
Have you tried using a different browser? Also I thought you could read the reply from your email?
