Have you tried using a different browser? Also I thought you could read the reply from your email?
I keep getting this error when entering the help page : Your support portal session has expired due to inactivity and the requested action has not been completed.
To restart your support portal session and discard any unsaved data from the previous screen, click below.
and everytime i click the button to restart the session it just comes back...

I’m going to guess they mean when people comment on their facebook posts. Things like “TNT can you PLEASE check ticket 5163-728474!! I’ve been waiting (insert ridiculous amount of time here)”
Harassing them on Facebook is the only quick way to get unfrozen.

but nevermind after a day has passed it has been solved by its ownnow im constantly refreshing facebook to see when they post.
