I would guess it stems from the drama board that was on the TC a couple days ago regarding hariantiger (sp) and a few other users who chimed in. As always, if you're paranoid/actively cheating, stay off the boards as much as possible. As far as 128 goes, they seemed like a nice person, but it's never safe to have a new account with 100's of millions.
People dig their own graves on neo (and life). Some of us have been cheating for over a decade now and haven't been frozen. If you take the necessary precautions you should be fine. Then again, if you're concerned about being frozen, you probably shouldn't cheat in the first place.
