I'd recommend Hidemyass, there are a ton of region options.

Do I really need that many regions though? I was thinking of staying in the US cause I'll occasionally be on the boards/tp and what not. I figure in order to to pass off as a main, I must BECOME the main...

Well, if you want to have different cities, etc. Hotspot shield only have one USA connection, for example.
