So this is still breaking news, so not all the information is available/confirmed. A country music festival being held at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas had multiple shooters armed with automatic weapons open fire, killing many people (I've read 50, but it could still be more).

Oh, good lord. Multiple shooters? That's absolutely horrific.
All my hopes and prayers for the injured and the family & friends of those who've suffered; I hope that proper care is being administered as quickly as possible, and that they've been able to achieve some sort of stability to give that care under.

Psychology concentration or no, I still will never be able to understand why people do terrible things like this.
It's just.. mindless, horrible, and absolutely preventable.


If anyone has them, please be sure to contact any family/friends in the Vegas area, just to make sure they're safe + aware of the situation.

Insane. What’s more insane is the feeling of numbness towards breaking news like this. It’s so common now in the US and around the world to the point that it’s almost not shocking. That’s a sickening feeling.

There's only one shooter according to ur article. I've been reading this news from multiple news channels they all report only one shooter. And the police also report only one confirmed shooter. They said that there is no evidence of multiple shooters. Where do u get the idea of multiple shooters from actually?

That article has been edited since posting. I was going off the live feed on reddit, where there were originally reports of 3 or 4. OP did say "So this is still breaking news, so not all the information is available/confirmed."

It's insane how you can just wake up to this type of news.
I hope all of our members and their family/friends are okay. A truly horrific act that really shows that someone can "just snap", as it says in the article, and easily murder a whole bunch of people.

Also I understand people who have no say in politics that pray for families and etc but if you are in a place of power why not make a difference rather than just pray??? I don't get it at all, I know not anything can be done in quick time but you can lay a path to fix it.
