Raiding active accounts, although once common practise by a lot of us, is not really condoned or recommended these days. With player numbers dwindling we don't really want to take any more active players out of the game.
Personally I would recommend giving it back; theres plenty of inactives out there to have some fun with but if you're not willing to do that and are set on taking it, just don't be impatient or it will bite ya. Wait and then wait some more before touching anything.
