Pretty anti-climatic so far. they need to get on with it

They had built up a lot of hype, which now seems to have completely died down.
If anything the only thing that has happened is the inflation of BD pets on the PC.

There is such an abundance of cheap high icon weapons, people are struggling to inflate them on the tp. I wonder if it will actually go anywhere when this thing starts.

The only solution would be to power creep the plot's enemies so high that only expensive weapons can earn any rewards.

Hasn't every plot had a slow start like this? It's to let everyone get ready just like how the Altador Cup does it every year. They already said it starts in November, so anything until then is just the prologue.
