    Bought high end account that was frozen a few weeks later

    What should I do in this instance? I was told that the account was frozen for protection, but on raising a ticket have been asked to provide details about how I gained access to items from stolen accounts (assuming this is stuff that was transferred to the account before I got it).

    What should I do here? Is it just bad luck? Or should I try get a partial refund? The user I bought from is very reputable, but I'm sure the freezing wasn't my own doing (was very careful and made sure I followed their instructions on how to stay safe).

    Any tips?

    Contact your seller and address the issue to see if anything can be done or if they can give you extra info for the ticket

    As @(you need an account to see links) said, try opening a line of dialogue with the seller first, to see if you can resolve privately. If not, you can open a dispute and have staff look into it.

    Well Tony P clearly said in his ticket he won't unfreeze unless I can provide details on how heaps of items were grabbed from clearly stolen accounts, so I don't think this one will ever get unfrozen...

    Is a partial refund out of the question?

    Yeah I'd definitely get in touch with the seller. It seems like this account was high risk and if you weren't informed of this prior to your purchase, that is a major problem. I'd give the benefit of the doubt to the person who sold it to you though and see if they are open to resolving the issue in a way that satisfies you. If not, I'd escalate it with a dispute here.

    Harass them on Facebook. Especially messenger, every time I get frozen I copy and paste a message and just resend it every few hours. People say not to submit two tickets, last time I sent one frozen ticket and one bug report and I was unfrozen within 48 hours.

    I don't know if it's worthy, sometimes they are even more rude when they answer your ticket, especially if it's tony
