It's interesting. The PC (usually lots of savage users) was against this kind of expose.

It's obvious that it's common knowledge that 95% of UCs aren't legit.

If they actually had a program that could bypass captchas, they could easily be making $1000's of dollars a day between running them on their own sites and selling licenses for the program. I doubt this is a seller, sellers can make quite a bit of money on UCs and they are generally more sought after than anything else. No seller would stab their business in the back by outing their buyers. Honestly, I'm good with the teal_yellow theory. Just butthurt and trying to cause more drama, since that's all they were capable of doing before. Just as report happy, and takes it to the PC of course. Their list might consist of 4 pets she just clicked on usernames and wrote down. There's no validity to anything being posted, don't feed the teal.
