Yes there is a feedback system for trades, its called iTrader

Just because I was a supernoob and read about iTrader everywhere on the forum but had no idea where it was located / what it was... (Is it an .exe!? Is it an external website!? Is it a build-in feature!?)

It's on the top menu bar, Forum - Community - iTrader. Then you can search specific people's usernames on the right, or you can just click the iTrader/feedback link on their profile :p
