You'll get dicked if you advertise them on-site. It's expressly against the rules to advertise a pet for trade based on its petpet.
Are pets with these attached desirable or worth anything?
I've got a few pets with things like Sugar Rush, Rotten Egg, Redtail etc. attached and wondered if they're worth anythin'?
Can they be traded on-site or will I get dicked if I advertise them (I'm guessing you're not allowed to advertise pets with PetPets)?
Cheers

I believe you can advertise it as having a UC petpet.
I mean if you remove the petpet, it will change to whatever the replacement is, so it's not like you can sell it.

Doesn't matter. It's a blanket ban. Also, there are UC petpets who have converted counterparts worth sizeable (to casual players) amounts of NP. For example, the Cyclopian turns into a Meowclops (5M+), the Rotten Egg into a Furwitch (1.2M+), the Skeleton Pirate into a Goulblee (500k+), and the Sugar Rush into a Pwerko (500k+).

At best, you could probably make a note on its page/profile about the petpet, or make sure a potential owner knows about the uniqueness of the petpet?
"My petpet is an old one, and will change into something else if removed: please be careful if you like my current one", or some message like that which doesn't tout value.
It seems trashy that it'd be dangerous to advertise based on its petpet, since while it might convert into something valuable upon being removed, there's still an intrinsic value to its current state in being attached. Sort of like a p3, since those don't pop off the pet if you remove the petpet.
You might be better off selling or trading/doing discussion of it/etc offsite, and just having any onsite discussion (if it happens) follow lines of not focusing on the petpet in question.
With the example of a 16/17-year-old UC Robot Kacheek, there's already a lot of value in the age and UC status+color, so high offers don't seem unusual even if the name's not awful ideal.

I have a bunch of them and even made a thread about it awhile ago. I got a ton of people messaging me asking for prices on this or that but didn't really get many solid offers. Nobody really seems to know what they go for. I have never really seen a price guide of sorts on how to value them.
I think it's kind of stupid how advertising pets that have the uc petpets attached is against the rules... but advertising UC pets isnt. It's kind of the same thing. Most UC petpets aren't worth shit themselves. If you take them off the pet, you can sell most for like 10k. The exception to that is the one that turns into a meowclops.
What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left
