I've posted before about how the purge isn't a thing anymore... or at least it wasn't for a long time.
A few years back, I'm talking back when pcblacklist(sp?), pcoutlist were a thing and reporting everybody was still the move - pets in line for the purge was still a thing. There were LOTS of accounts that weren't able to be logged into because they were in line for the purge. The login info still worked, but when you went to login you would be greeted with the frozen message stating the reason "Account Banned". This was a surefire way to know that an account was in line for the purge.
So it went for quite awhile. At some point in time, things changed. All of a sudden, accounts that were previously inaccessible were now able to be logged in. You were no longer given the "Account Banned" message. You could log into them just like any other account. As far as I know... this never changed and pets that people might have on their list are able to be accessed.
The only reason something MIGHT not be accessible would be if somebody got in before you and changed the info, or the password reset that TNT did hit the account. Under the radar, TNT reset the password on LOTS of accounts. Most accounts that were impacted were very inactive accounts, accounts that hadn't had their info changed for awhile, etc.
Soo.. yes.. lots of pets that are on peoples old "stalker list" could have or have been accessed. Not sure what this means for the next purge. I don't think TNT even knows how they are going to do it to be honest.
