What're the weirdest things you've ever been warned/silenced/frozen for?

Includes more than just Neopets, ofc, because other petsites can be funny about rules as well, but Neo's clearly one of the more likely places to get in trouble for weird reasons. Because there, sometimes you can just look at someone the wrong way and get silenced.


It's not Neo, but I just got a warning over on Subeta for allegedly using a forum group for nsfw things.
... Despite the fact that I've never pinged the forum group in my life and have no idea what other people were even in the group.
(I probably joined it way back for writing, under the pretense that it was a purely sfw group? Who knows. Either way, I'm appealing that shit.)

I got warned for using poogle as a substitute for Google *rolls eyes*. I think someone specifically reported my post because everyone uses that word rofl.

I and a few others got warned for a convo about booze on an RS/snipe board We were even being careful about specific language, just saying "drinks" and replacing "drunk" with "happy".

I got warned for linking to sunnyneo (before fansites were a thing).

I also got warned for saying 'mate'. As in "the wolf and his mate". Not sure about that. Maybe they thought I was referencing the act of breeding or some shit.

Not on neo, but on other petsites I was warned for having a suggestive username (along with a matching pet), then for arguing with a mod. Later on I responded to an official news post warning not to do X by doing X.

I got silenced for talking about a winning battle streak in pokemon. Kinda lame considering everyone talks about pokemon on the boards lol.

I love that they silence / warn accounts for really silly reasons, but allow accounts/pets to be created with blatantly obvious uses of "69", "420" or "XXX" in them.

Only been warned once a lot of years ago when I started the spam police and recruited people to spam all the boards with reported for spam then got warned and it carried on for a while hahaha the good old days xD
