When their homepage says "Trusted by Over 1,85,429+ Businesses" that's a dead giveaway to not spend a penny there.

If you don't get refunded by tomorrow, tag me in this thread and I'll spam the shit outta them.

If they said Friday though, the entrepreneur in me says give them until Friday before escalating things.

On the 31st of August, they said 24 hours. On the 1st, they said 24 business hours and that I would be refunded sometime that day. On Saturday they said 3-5 business days. 4 business days later they said I would be refunded tomorrow (aka yesterday). Yesterday I was told they only do refunds on Fridays.

Got my refund today finally.

I'm pretty sure this was just overall laziness and a completely unorganized support team. Nonetheless, thanks y'all for the help
