When their homepage says "Trusted by Over 1,85,429+ Businesses" that's a dead giveaway to not spend a penny there.
If you don't get refunded by tomorrow, tag me in this thread and I'll spam the shit outta them. If they said Friday though, the entrepreneur in me says give them until Friday before escalating things.

On the 31st of August, they said 24 hours. On the 1st, they said 24 business hours and that I would be refunded sometime that day. On Saturday they said 3-5 business days. 4 business days later they said I would be refunded tomorrow (aka yesterday). Yesterday I was told they only do refunds on Fridays.
I had a whole lot of shit ready to fire away at Scott but my damn computer crashed when I was doing it and this was all I could save.
I learned two things about Scott. 1) He acknowledges the fucked up numbers on the homepage and 2) He does not appreciate South Park references.

I'm pretty sure this was just overall laziness and a completely unorganized support team. Nonetheless, thanks y'all for the help
