I purchased a really shitty chat, cancelled my services and they charged me again months later for future service I'm never going to use. Keep putting me through hoops to get my money. They have a live chat, and I'm not really sure what to do. I asked for the refund last Thursday August 31st) and I was told within 24 hours. About 30 hours after, I was told 24 hours (and of course it was a weekend + holiday so I had to wait until today). Now today, I was told it takes 5-6 business days to refund a paypal payment.. and then I was told they only refund on FRIDAYS (One passed already...). Today I was told I would be refunded today, and now they are offline again.

Also, UPDATE: I have been told again there is a "process" and they only do refunds on Fridays again. So ridiculous.

Update: Got a mail today from Scott saying Ill be refunded Friday because they only do refunds on Fridays (Even though they wouldn't refund me last Friday). Scott seems to be the head honcho of the three people who work there, and he refuses to contact billing for me or anything. So.... let the spamming continue.
OH, and Paypal is on my side. I showed the the screenies of my cancellations and I asked to escalate this to charges if I can against the site if I can. I'm waiting on an email from their special claims department.
