No i don't think anyone does tbh it's not a nice thing to do.... especially with how there's hardly any active users we don't wanna be scaring them away. Closest i've come to scamming people is reselling because i buy things for cheap but i don't force people into it, it's there choice if they want to accept my offer or not.

I heard TNT are returning stolen items that are being 'lent' now. Somebody had a MSPP stolen after the lent it out and within an hour the other account was frozen and the MSPP returned.
Not right now, but back before customization I got bored with my account and wanted to start fresh. So I sold my old account (with money, lab, painted pets and a krawk on it), then proceeded to report it (the acc got frozen ). Does that even count as scam?
I meant on Neopets. I'm against it just because I've been scammed in the past (on Neo and on another Neopets selling site). Though ages ago, before I even heard of sites like this I stole a MSPP and blamed it on a RE (shopped some pretty convincing images too), I felt so bad after that I'll never do it again.
When I first joined the site though, I was a teenager and the site was booming, I played hours per day and was seriously poor and would sometimes (and this makes me sound bloody awful but I was young) out a halloween goodie bag in my shop for like 9k, the quickly change the price to 90k. They changed the coding pretty soon after that but I made like 500k which I was over the moon with as I had played for a year at that point and only had like 100k xD
There used to be a few people who purposely bought and CB'd, or sold active stuff on purposely as safe. Pretty sure we took care of all of them though.
