About the market, regulated prices etc.

I've been looking in a few threads with information regarding it, but it's still not clear to me about regulated prices.
I saw that UC pets are regulated, but how does it work for items?

For example i'm trying to sell a Leaded Elemental Vial right now, which goes for roughly 25 million. Do I have to sell it for 50$ cause of the regulated value of neopoints or am I allowed to discount it at all etc?

You can only discount if you sell in bulk.

You can only discount items that are worth more than 50m, but, even then, if you sell a 50m item for $50, you're going to get the price changed by a mod.

Yep, its pretty simple for items 50m and under. 2$/m firm for asking price. After that, smaller discounts can be given and then larger ones when it comes to bulk.
