Most of the people who help with quest are selling their r99 galleries so they are making np too.
I have noticed that oftentimes somebody will have multiple people sending them the item they need. Then they tell the quester to buy the item instead of replacing it. Kind of a shitty sales tactic though. They are really shooting themselves in the foot. The more wands/staffs are quested, the lower the price of those items gets and the less desirable r99s get. Sucks to suck I guess.
