I think if they are going to remove anything it should be some of the shitty things they have bundled in with the win10 update. God, it's terrrrrrrrible. Paint should be the least of their concerns. At least it works and doesn't mess up anything else that's already there lol

This is pretty sad news. Honestly, the application has received very little, if any updates since the last upgrade (Windows 7?)... Why are we taking it away? It's a small application as well. I think they want to pull a Minesweeper and put it in their store or something...

But honestly, you guys should check out "Paint 3D", the new version. It looks like it is much more handier than the basic Paint app.

I agree with Joe.. the only reason they would want to do this is to pull it, "upgrade" it a bit, then toss it in their store for a few bucks. Why have something for free when you can charge everyone a nominal fee for it?

I didn't even think it would need much upgrade. It's about as simple as simple gets. I'm sure they will get some backlash after this.

But seriously though... fix win10. This is the shittiest operating system I've ever used.
