I was cracking into random abandoned (seeming) shell accounts and I stumbled upon one that was CLEARLY for sale off-site pre-loaded with 1m (or so) NP in the bank and nothing else worth anything, an item or two in their shop for 99,999, so I figured I'd check the sales history in the shop for funsies.


I gotta say, you're ballsy for shop transferring 99,999 to a shell account from your extremely established high-stat well known main account; but if I were you I'd think about logging into all of your shells for sale and clearing the shop histories before you sell anything else

Haha chance are it wasn't actually their personal account, just an account they got into and moved things from. Always a good idea to clear the shop history, that's amateur hour right there. Good way to get caught

It definitely wasn't their main account. Their main account was in the shell's shop history giving IT money. And (I already logged off it so I don't remember exactly) but I'm pretty sure it was one of those generic shell accounts listed in china or hong kong. I used to buy a lot of NPs from a couple of the websites and a huge majority of them were all named something with "yang" or "chan" and a shit load of numbers, absolutely the worst usernames imaginable. All extremely similar pet-wise, item-wise, info-wise, age-wise. Blew my mind for a long time wondering how that could be until I found out about the data leak

They're hated around these parts, lmao, but it could be possible that he's on cK if they're sending stuff to their accounts from shells.

No, no one is condemning the act of buying/selling neopoints/etc, I was pointing out the fact that this particular seller was transferring NPs from their main account to the shell accounts they are selling to other people, and on top of that they forgot to clear the shop history after the fact.
