IP ban. Not terribly bad. You can call your internet service provider to get it changed, unplug your modem overnight and it will reset or just wait patiently for a couple of days. Most ISPs use a rotating IP so that every couple of days (tends to be longer than that, I'm just assuming yours may have been similar for a while prior to this) the Specific IP that you are using will change slightly.
Regardless, 1 and 2 will be your best bets and you'll be able to happily play on Neo once again

At first I didn't realize the last 2 words of your title were acronyms (so it's supposed to be read like "No, my I.P., O.M.G."), rather I just read it like "noo my ipp omg" and I was just like'What language is that?' lol
I didn't even do anything wrong, so it is weird. My account isn't frozen or anything. So I don't understand what is going on lol. Thanks Andy!

Oh that happened to me once. I just unplugged my modem, waited 20 minutes and turned it back on. Long live rotating IPs.
