    Just wanted to say I stoppedwriting tickets but I'd always lie and say I bought NC but lost the receipts. They never questioned me and alwaus would answer my ticket within a week.

    I've had tickets answered pretty quick usually but I rarely have to send tickets for anything. I've had faerie quest cookies bug out on me twice and it was fixed within a day. They never seem to care about premium or nc when they silence you for stupid ass shit. It might be more of a luck thing, I bet they would still freeze my account if I sneezed in the wrong direction.

    I think generally it is, but if you inquire about it when its completely ridiculous or doesn't even have a reason why they are basically like haha go fuck yourself.

    I got an answer within a week for a NC item glitching but i also had a ticket for a lost account open for like a year and i closed it cause i didnt want it anymore.
    I think it has to do with if you paid or not for them but i got said NC item by trading cause i don't buy NC.

    Also, had a friend chain frozen and she had lots of NC and bought regurarly. They didnt even say why they froze her.

    bizarre, there were a lot of chain freezing quietly for a bit; I assumed it had something to do with IPs being too suspect or on a list.

    IDK what like is the factors.

    But I think account age plays into it.

    I'm sure TNT has their favorites. Wasn't it rumored for a long time that Featheralley was a favorite?

    I'm assuming they get back to premium/NC users faster because they're paying customers???

    Although when I had premium this last time I submitted a ticket because I wasn't getting the monthly premium card and was given a generic "we're working on it" response but nothing ever came from it.
