    I've had a ticket as a work in progress since 2015
    I recently gave more info in hopes of getting a reply and the ticket was closed.
    Never got an answer, so no, it doesn't mean in a 100% that you will get your response.

    BUT, is better than having it just open there waiting for it to be assigned

    I found that sending a message to them on Facebook gives them a kick up the arse.

    I had a response within a day so worth a shot...

    I'd have to make two new facebook accounts to match the persona of the accounts I guess. It would look a bit odd if I did it from my personal one. Might be worth a shot though, thank you!

    When i tried contacting them via Facebook message they never read my message lol. Resorted to emailing them at support@neo and they immediately (around 15-30min later) replied to my ticket. Might work for you
