How do you get around an IP ban?

I'm assuming I was just IP banned from neopets because I tried to log into a frozen account. (I was curious!)

I did a little bit of digging and apparently that's a thing that can happen, but I don't know much about IPs so I was wondering if someone could help me out?

You're going to want to use a proxy. Make sure you clear your cookies because they can be used to identify accounts that you were logged into or attempted to login to. That's why I always suggest using incognito mode when checking accounts and such.

There are plenty of good proxy services out there, free and paid. It just depends what your ultimate needs/goals are.
    What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left

Invest in a VPN or use TOR (its a browser that doesnt save anything, and gives you a new IP).

I believe you can also contact your service provider to change your IP or something too.

If you want to run multiple accounts, I recommend getting a proxy instead of VPN, much safer.

What they said, I use CyberGhost as a VPN and I hear Hidemyass is very good as well.
Note* your carrier may or may not be able to change your Up. Mine can't. However, if you're not in the boonies, it can often help to simply unplug and replug your modem. (If you're gonna go anything not 100% by the rules, go ahead and spring for a VPN that offers static IP addresses)
