Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of the sky made me cry.
And almost cried with Dust: An Elysian Tale, Infamous second son (the bad end) and watch dogs.

For me it was more tears of awe. I bought Battlefield 3 after not really playing any games other than flash stuff, and when I was hit with that big surge of realism and balls-to-the-wall action, man it hit so hard.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons

It was short but ooof, it hit me hard.

Some parts of Life is Strange and Before the Storm got me good too.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 (sky, time, darkness) makes me cry literally just thinking about it. ive replayed it so many times and it still leaves me feeling broken and lost for like two days afterward.
I also cried at the first Telltale The Walking Dead game because i just wasn't ready okay
there's DEFINITELY more that i just can't recall at the moment

So far there have only been two games that hit me in the feels and almost made me cry:
Brothers A Tale of Two Sons
Valiant Hearts: The Great War

Brothers was before my crazy achievement hunting days and I loved the story so much.
Valiant Hearts is just a wonderful feels game, I'm a sucker for history and story driven games, this hit both SO HARD.
