I guess this is mild, but I once had a huge mouthful of chocolate milk that turned sour way early of its expiration date. The consistency was a little thicker than usual, but with cheesy bits in it. That instant regret when the taste filled my mouth. -_-

Couldnt get that out for a couple of hours.
