I recently purchased a bunch of ets items and a small amount of neopoints and loaded it on to a shell account. It's been over 2 days since I first bought anything and the account is still safe. How long do you recommend I wait before transferring it over to my main account?
As long as the seller properly secured the NPs and Items, you can move the items right now, or as soon as you want. They're about as secure as they're going to be and you should not be in any jeopardy of being unsafe as long as the seller was reputable and secured the items before selling them. So I would just go ahead and move them now and you'd be fine

I have a pretty decent account as it's over 7 years old. I'll probably just let the items sit as long as possible on the shell account. I can't risk getting my main frozen.
It depends what sorts of items they are and where they originally came from. Assuming the seller was from ck, and they followed the rules, the items are from long long ago accounts. In that case, they should be pretty safe to move around. If it was outside of ck, which I suppose is possible since I see no trade rep, then anything is fair game as we cannot regulate anything but what happens on this forum. I'd suggest sitting on it for a few weeks at least to be extra safe.
