Yes, there was an actual NP Generator, making money from nothing.
No, it doesn't work anymore, and if Joe has made a working version, it sure isn't public.
Iargue's program only visited sponsor links.
Joe's program sent URL's to NeoPets to think you had gotten an RE that gave away NP, if I remember correctly.
