So, I've been thinking about a game I used to play, but I don't remember the name...
I'm giving rep to anyone that helps me figure out the name of it.
Here are some details:
- Free online game
- Anime-like style
- You have the tutorial in a 'digital like' space and it has ranks like LoL
- Several modes to play, one of them is team vs team and you have to grab a ball and go to the other base to score a point
- You have weapons, from gigant bazoocas to shootguns, you can choose
- Other game mode is a circle area in like the sky, and one of the users gets randomly selected as the 'reaper' and starts to chase the rest and to kill, and then it changes to another user and so on. You can't go outside the area or you fall to the sky.
That's mainly what I remember... please halp.

Not sure if I am any help either, do you remember what platform the game was released on?
Only thing I can think of, that would be close to your description.
Dead Ball Zone, I think it only released on Play Station.
