Where are you guys vacationing this summer?

Is anybody going anywhere fun? It's summertime so I'm sure everybody will be out and about to some degree. If not this summer, are you planning to go anywhere by the end of the year?

if i'm lucky i'll be able to get out to Toronto for a bit, or even just have a few days off extra to enjoy my own city. I'm the AK of a busy diner and my boss has a wedding to goto in lebanon so vacation looks like a no go this year XD

even if i can just goto another city for a day or 2 and goto the fair that will be a blast, i'm really lame.

I might be going to Ultrecht in Holland. My step-dad has family/a house out there so we might stay there, and then go see neighbouring European countries while we're there.
    i love luna

I'm planning on travelling to Canada by the end of the year.
I've always wanted to travel to Vancouver so I hope things work out well

I'm leaving for my first trip in Europe in a week with my boyfriend! We will be spending a few days in Scotland before heading to Ireland where we will be renting a car and doing a road trip around the country! I am pretty excited as this is going to be our first trip together.

Anything exciting planned on your side Andrew?

What are the best spots in Canada to hit up? I've never been that far north before.

As for me.. I'm planning to hit Vegas for a few days in about 2 weeks time. Just a quick trip with my bro and dad, should be fun though.
My parents have a condo on the beach that they usually rent out during the summer. They decided not to rent it at all so I'll probably spend a few long weekends there.
Ummm, I'm considering buying a cruise for about a year from now and just sitting on that and having it as something to look forward to. My brother and I also want to go on a trip somewhere. Maybe Iceland or Australia. Gotta consider airfare and all that. I'm pretty happy going anywhere. Heck, even time off of work where I can sleep in and do nothing is a bonus haha

We won't be going anywhere this summer, baby boy is due in July so we're going to have our hands full.

We are thinking about heading up to the Scottish Highlands for a week later in the year though. You can rent a barge boat and traverse the Highland Canal and it looks absolutely stunning from when I've seen it on TV/online, especially in the Autumn.

This summer is a great summer to visit any major city in Canada, it's our 150th celebration year. Toronto, Ottawa, Montral, Prince Edward island would be great places to go and see. Every major city is doing all sorts of special stuff to celebrate this event almost all year long.

Personally though PEI is AMAZINg. it might be a bit "boring" but it's a georgous island with red rocks, red sand, beaches, horses, amazing food and views super relaxing and very enjoyable.

In my opinion Scotland is the most beautiful part of the UK. The roads are always quiet and the scenery is awesome. I'm sure you'll enjoy it here, especially if this weather continues...it's been about 28-30c for the past week now which is insanely hot for the UK, especially Manchester where I am.
